Where is the Bakery Cart located?
Dandy, our Bakery Cart, rolls to the end of our driveway at 1640 Church Avenue. On occasion, you'll find us out in the community supporting local youth events and schools.
How do I store the cinnamon buns?
Cinnamon buns are best kept at room temperature and enjoyed for up to 3 days. We recommend warming them in the microwave on a microwave safe plate for 30-45 seconds to enjoy. For longer storage, wrap the box in plastic wrap, or each individual bun in a freezer safe container, and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
How do I bake the frozen cookie dough?
Remove frozen dough from freezer and arrange 12 pieces on a baking sheet. Put into a 350F preheated oven with convection, or 375F without. Bake for 8-10 minutes depending on your preference. We suggest baking gluten free dough for 8 minutes so they stay softer. Though many enjoy our dough without baking, please keep in mind that it contains egg and raw flour (not heat treated).
Do you make Gluten Free items?
Yes. BUT! While some of our items are naturally gluten free, or made without wheat flour and labeled as "gluten free", we operate in a small, cottage kitchen that handles large quantities of wheat flour. We take great care not to contaminate, but airborne flour is hard to avoid, and therefore we do not guarantee a completely gluten free product. Please use caution if you have a serious gluten allergy.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! We take custom orders. Large corporate, party, and event requests can be accommodated. Smaller orders will be accepted if it makes sense for us to do so, but often are harder to take on than larger requests, and we may apply a minimum batch requirement.
Can I preorder items from the cart?
If preorders are not available to order on the website for a given cart, you can attempt to message me by phone or instagram and send me a list of what you want. If we are able, we will confirm your request with a price and hold it for you for pick up. If we do not respond, we are too busy to gather items at this time and you can just swing by the cart!
